Admission for the Academic Session 2026-27

Admission Guidelines:


  • Parents are welcome to visit the school premises to gain a firsthand experience of the campus and its facilities.
  • The Application Form may be collected from the School Office or downloaded from the school website.
  • Admission to Balvatikas (Nursery, LKG, and UKG) will be conducted through a formal interaction between the child, parents and the teacher.
  • Admission to Class I and above will be based on a Written Entrance Test.
  • The date and time of the Interaction / Entrance Test will be communicated to parents in advance.
  • The Interaction / Entrance Test and the Admission Process will be completed on the same day.
  • The Admission Form will be filled at the school. It includes complete details of the child and parents.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that the Admission Form is filled accurately and neatly.
  • Admissions will be granted on a First Come, First Served basis, subject to seat availability.
  • Admission form submission timings are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission:

(Photocopies only)

  • Self-attested copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate.
  • Aadhaar Card of the child and both parents.
  • Latest Report Card of the previously attended school.
  • Original Transfer Certificate.
  • Bonafide Certificate from the previous school will be accepted.
    (Till the submission of the Transfer Certificate)
  • Two recent passport-size colour photographs of the child.
  • Student Permanent Education Number (PEN) – applicable from Class I onwards.
